Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes seems the lot at the moment!

I've been off the bio-identicals (testosterone, progesterone) & the Armour thyroid since March. What I'm discovering is that I NEVER NEEDED THEM...IT'S A SCAM. I never experienced ANY of the so-called negative side-effects from dropping them...and I certainly did DROP them. No tapering off, just chucked them into the trash one day, and braced myself. Best thing I ever did. ;)

Aside from interfacing with you & orthoiodosupplementation, that is!
