Charlie, Thank you for the lesson. How much of each herb would I use when making the liver tonic and may I ask where you buy your herbs? Also, what herbs are best for bone health? Can you recommend any good books on herbs and herbal tonics?

Do you grow any of your own herbs? If so, which ones.
