I would take 3 servings a day of the powder. If you have a healthfood store you can try the frozen bars. I put a half a bar in my whey protein shake each day. You would want to eat the entire bar in one day somehow.
Ive also found that burdock root (blood cleanser) or yellow dock have been working well. They are cheap too. So I would try one of those for sure. The burdock I took was in a liver formula. Solary is the brand, and it is called Liver Blend. I really liked it.
