Help PMDD is destroying my life!!! I feel so emotional from the 14-15day in my cycle until the 3-4 day during!!! I was just recently diagoned with adrenal fatigue and these is not helping. I have always been pmsy but this last year I have fallen apart hormonally! I am 41 and am take progestrone cream! I don't know what is causing this!! I feel like I want a antidepressant or the pill because I can't work!!!! I love my job and miss seeing my cleints!!!*Sobbing* I am on day 31 of my cycle and am a mess!!!!! I wish I would start!!!!!
