I am not overweight...however my fat to lean body mass has changed in favor of more fat...I am (skinny fat). thats what i am trying to say here.  but now i am bodybuilding to rebuild the muscle that i have lost ..since nothing i have done works .including fasting...i didnt ever reduce my body fat much even that way.

Normally i would weigh  125 lbs being 5'7" with a considerable amount of body fat after quitting smoking.
