With the addition of Iodine alone, my heart has improved 100%

No more arrythmia
No more palpitations
Heartrate went from a too slow
59-62 BPM all the time
to

72(sitting)

to an immediate 75bpm (upon standing)

That was just now - to check it once again for this posting.

Iodine ALONE did this for me.

I must go again-
busy week planned.
