It is likely the combination of it all. He was able to sleep at night right from the very first drop of iodine. I mentioned that he had mayor insomnia before, sometimes going a couple days without any sleep. That alone is hugely important to improve any health issue since the body regenerates and repairs in its sleep. Statin drugs suppress the body's own CoQ10 production which also declines with age, so its definitely essential. He did not take the CoQ10 right from the start however and experienced much improvement with Iodine alone already.

I dont know about heart enlargement actually going down with just using CoQ10.

In any case, it all works and he has a chance to get well :)
