My hair is shoulder length so i use a creamy handful and massage it quickly in the shower. I melt the hard butter like chocolate before and wait for it cool before i put it in my hair i leave it on whilst im showering them wash it off as im about to finish shower. I have no time for allout beauty treatments hehe.
