Hello All:
I'm still on my juice fast -- had 3 days which were very physical & stressful, so I ate some fruit and seeds; but otherwise have stuck to the juice and Thursday will be my goal of 25 days.

I tried to use the Air Restore as I was experiencing a lot of pressure and swelling in my head that I thought might be related to sinuses? So one morning I took one dropper with absolutely no reaction or results. The next morning I took 2 droppers and again no results, so next morning I took 3 droppers and still noticed not a thing! Is this normal? Any suggestions???

PS - MH, your pdf of your OJ fast really encouraged me that I could go off the fast a little for extenuating circumstances but then pop right back on. Normally I would have given up, but I just started right back on it after the 3 challenging days were over.
