I try to take my iodine three times a day, so I usually take 10 drops at a time, two or three times.   If I am working away from home for the day, the "lunch" dose is difficult.  On those days, I try to add 10 drops to my water bottle.  Some days I forget.  As Dolls has noted, we are organic and it is normal to ingest varying amounts of nutrition in a day from our foods, so it makes sense to be less than perfect about about our iodine.  I listen to my body.  It will tell you when to add and when to stop.  With our food supply, I am not sure I will ever be able to stop.

On the snot and boogers note, my sinus issues come and go.  Sometimes I notice a problem immediately after iodine; other times I don't - same amount of drops.  I had a particularly "sinusy" episode a couple of days ago, but I think that was probably the Sangria and spicy appetizers!!  Yum!
