3 months is plenty long enough for the sun not to be causing it, I think. Flaking is the skin taking care of itself - sloughing off the excess and dead cells.. and it may simply be a rejuvenation phase. I remember when I began taking Iodine I did a straight Lugol's facial and peeled for a solid week. grin My hunch would be that this is a form of cleansing - the skin is the largest cleansing organ in the body. It should pass soon.

Have you made any other changes in the last two weeks?
