For the last week or so my skin has changed again, my red sheets in the morning have been covered with snow flakes (skin flakes).

It is hard to tell if it is from Iodine or from the sun in Florida, I have been home now for over 3 months.
Anyone have had this experience, I think it is mainly from legs and arms, though of course I can't check my back. I do know my arms and legs do look dry and I am not the type who wants to bother with cream, I feel my health should be good enough to take care of itself, that includes the skin.
