I have been doing around close to 200 mg for the last week or so. I have been doing Lugol's now for 6 months. Interesting to read about you changing at different times.

To-day I decided to take a break and just do 10 drops in the morning, by early afternoon I changed my mind, of course we never know why, so I took another 10 drops and felt happy with the decision.
You sometimes just have to follow your gut.
