Hi Dolls

i just ordered some Iodoral last friday and i've seen read one of your posts where you mention that you are taking 100-300mgs a day of Lugols so i thought you might answer a question for me. do you remember what dosage you took when you first started taking iodine? i am trying to get an idea about how much i should take starting out. also, do you remember if you had any side effects starting out?
