Somethging I´ve learned is that the younger you are the better your gallbladder contracts then more stones are likely to be expelled. The poorer the contraction that harder for the gb to eliminate stones.
Apart from this, every flush is a different one and maybe next time you´ll push more stones than her. The secret is to keep flushing till no stones come out anymore.
