I tried the "Water Cure" yesterday and today my blood pressure was 157/107. That's higher than it was two days ago. I did have 2 alcoholic drinks and a restaurant meal last night. Damn, am I going to have to give up everything?

I think that I'll go see my Doctor and see what he recommends. Better safe than...you know.

On another note, I'm helping my wife "flip" a house and I worked very hard yesterday in the Texas heat. I'm sure that I lost a lot of fluids from that activity.
