Thank you Trap. It it ok to put a drop of Iodine and a teaspoon of ACV in a quart of CS water and drink it?

Should I dilute the CS, or drink it straight?

My instructions say to put a teaspoon of CS in a quart of water for cleansing, but I don't think they are talking about internal cleansing, are they?
