Thank you for posting your method. I was wondering what you did.
Since I have done many different flushes over the years I can say I have done that one too.
I am on maintenance (after doing 60 flushes over 4 years), my reason is I don't want to get new stones since I have an 1" stone in the gallbladder and I want it to be able to stay free floating.

Just for support I am now doing MH's gallbladder/liver cleanse, I like to change methods, hoping some day my body will say let's get rid off this monster.

Next time I might do your method again, sometimes I forget what I have done before.
