My diet is pretty healthy, a decent amount of raw fruit, some raw veggies and nuts when I can find them {its nearly impossible to find raw nuts around here}. Im a vegetarian and try and stay away from processed stuff as much as possible. I cook from scratch a lot. Ive tried super strict diets before but nothing really was helping my skin til I liver flushed.
