My body fat percentage is currently abt 40%. I feel like the pillsbury dough girl!!!

Just got a scale that keeps track of it for me, so I'll be able to report back on how I do. Will be interesting to see if the commmon opinion that it is harder for a woman than for a man to loose weight and gain muscle mass holds true when alkalising, won't it???
