You may have to hire an exterminator. If you walk around the condo you will probably find nests of them. This is where they come from. Spray them and any ant trails with the Malathion. They only temporarily live in walls.

If you can find the crack they are coming through in the wall spray it with Raid, Malathion or use some of that fine powder type that they walk on and carry back to the nest. If you find a big enough crack you could spray it inside and this might wipe them out or send them scampering back to your filthy neighbors.

Last week they were in my kitchen. I went outside and sprayed but it hd no effect. They were hiding in a crack above my kitchen window up by the attic! They would then crawl down and come through the window even though I had sprayed around the window seal. So I went outside and sprayed Malathion around the window and up where they were hiding getting it inside the crack. after that they haven't been back. Heh Heh.

But do I wait for them to attack again. No. Once every other week I go out on a killing spree.
