A couple of weeks ago I was having trouble with my knees again. For a couple of nights I had to prop a pillow under one knee just to be able to go to sleep. I wondered what had caused the knee pain and then suddenly I remembered your advice from last year about nightshade veggies. I stopped the tomatoes (and taters, too). Did a vitamin C flush and no more pain. I do remember that if I make it to Arkansas that I owe you a foot reflexology foot massage.
