Even when I was a kid, the pressed tablets were nasty tasting. Now I wish my parents had kept purchasing them, but kelp must have been just a passing phase for them.
Personally, I put kelp in OO caps. After I used up the first 1K of OO gel caps, I found a manufacturer(?), Capsuline.com had the best price for 5K (cheaper than 2K elsewhere) @ 39.99 & free ship. For those into colors, extra $$$. I take about 4-6 caps of kelp 3-4 X per day. Healmarketplace.com in N Carolina has 2 kinds of bulk kelp available. Thanks to the gov’t, membership is 20 for year one, year two and beyond is 10, but worth it with some free gift at time of signup.
