Thanks guys. I'm going to try the "Water cure" along with improving my diet and more excersize. I'm 43 but my mind still tells me that I'm younger. Man, it's hell getting old.

I'll do this over the weekend and schedule something with my Dr. next week. He's pretty good about accepting the fact that I don't want to just start on the latest pill.
