Left you links on mucusless diet on Docta Dennis' forum.  Doc KNOWS ain't much into this and it will be interesting to see what he says.

MH at Ask Barefoot will tell you that LBB and fruit will heal your digestive system.  I agree since I've "been there/done that."  When my liver hit it's low point, I digested very little of what I ate, food was literally in the pot in recognizable states.  2 yrs of eating mucusless on most occassions, that doesn't happen any more, and I definately know when I've lost my stomaches alkalinity.

Dis-ease is about what you put in your mouth.
