My gum infection was gone within a week!

I added 3 drops of OOO in my ozonated sunflower oil. I alternated between sunflower oil and olive oil.

For extra kick: I would OP with Olive Oil and 2 drops of Lugol's a couple of hours before bed.

I just saved myself a visit to the dentist...a potentially painful visit.

I wish I knew about Oil Pulling 6 years ago.
