I am on day 2 of my fast. I am at the critial stage because it is usually on the second day which for some reason I bottom out and eat something. Tomorrow, I know that the urge to eat something disappear until I break my fast.

My heart is very heavy and my mind is ready for this fast. I need to refreshed in the spirit as well as the body. I have prayed that God open my body and soul for His love and his will in my life.

Last night I was urged to eat something but I just took a long shower, cried, prayed and then crawled into bed and fell alseep.

Nothing exciting but drinking water and praying.
