I thought that.

Hmmmmmm...the only reason I think this might be is I did a long cleanse juice fast in June and am having a hard time intergrating heavier foods and larger quantities.

I also did not take probiotics ever

I eat an extremely healthy diet..tons water, no processed food, fruits, veggies and legumes.

No medication for 3 years and counting.


I didnt have this issue before the fast so I wonder if my digestive system is still senstive from the juice fast.
