Hello ladies!

I am a 42 year old mom who suffered with painful periods, extremely heavy bleeding to where I would begin to faint, anemia, and a host of other ills. I did much research and began natural treatments, namely ProGest natural progesterone cream and Omega 3 fish oil for the pain of endometriosis. I used other natural things (beef liver tablets for anemia and Slow Flow for heavy bleeding)for my many other ailments too and now live a mostly normal life! I have a heart for women who suffer like I did, and like to tell them what helped me if they are interested.
