I used it. It took eight months for my face to clear completely. The first two weeks were horrible. I was embarassed to go out in public. It was really bad for a month. It dried my face something horrible, so I also needed the xmfl. I used it in the morning and zz at night. It was expensive, but I got rid of all the face mites and my face has been absolutely clear for almost a year. After eight months, I had to apply zz every other day to keep them gone. And sometimes more often than that, because if somebody with pimples hugged me and my face got next to theirs, I'd get a pimple.

I now use ponds cold cream to keep them away. Here is a link that kind of explains how/why I came to use Ponds Cold for prevention.

Ponds is a lot cheaper than ZZ. If I had to do it over, I might try using Ponds first instead. ZZ gets to the deeper layers. Not sure if Ponds would get rid of them that way, but it definitely seems to be keeping them from coming back.
