Ok so it is my fourth day fasting. Unfortunately i am still 178lbs. Today i woke up with sinuses, a runny nose and allergies. I am sick. I havent had those symptoms since i was in high school, and that was a very long time ago. Well i would like to add that yesterday was one of the most productive days i have had in months. Today i find 178 lbs discouraging.
