Red can mean just about anything. Usually an irritation or broken blood vessels but it can represent a systemic condition also.

It's best not to use drugs like Visine. Try using cold distilled water with eyebright tea for an eye wash a couple times a day. Also orally you may try Horestail, Oatstraw and Alfalfa.

If this doesn't help then I would back off all the therapies that you are doing and see if you get better. If you get better start each therapy one at a time and see which one is causing problems.

No one likes looking like a Pot Head so I understand your distress. I wish for you healing and comfort. :)
