I did my first Egg Flush last week. I need to adjust the OO (Olive-Oil) amount; will likely go to 1/2 a cup for the next one. My next flush will be months from now because I'm rebuilding my body. But, I'm definitely sticking with this one. My hair has never been this shiny before. I keep going back and forth as to stick to the morning or drink it in the evening.

I found the drink (I used OJ) to be very tasty. In fact, I make a breakfast version that I started drinking daily (one egg, 1TBS of oil, 1c of OJ, and a few other things). I'm switching to fresh unpasteurized cider as soon as becomes available.
