Research the salt Water Cure . There is a forum here on curezone.

My BP went down the next day after starting.

I mix 1/2 gallon of distilled water and put in 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt and drink on that all day.

I think I read somewhere that you should drink a glassful at a time and not just sip.

I get mine here or your heath food store may carry it or can order for you.

I know it sounds strange to drink salt with HBP but is sure worked for me. It's your choice and decision.
