I went to the Dentist today and they wouldn't clean my teeth because my BP was 148/101. I really don't want to see my Dr. because I know that he will put me on a medication that I was on about 2 years ago. I was able to bring my BP down with diet and excercise but now I've gone back to my glutanous lazy ways and it's back up. I'm not taking any medication for BP presently.

I did my first Liver Flush last weekend and it went well. I think that I'm going to change my diet (no sugars, salt, yeast breads) to more raw foods. I've also started taking flax seed oil and valerian.

Do you think that I should run to the DR. or try this for a couple of weeks?
