It's hard to do a complete fast while Liver Flushing because you may end up vomiting. :( It's best to eat a very simple, low-fat vegetarian diet while liver flushing. :)

Flushes should be at least 2 weeks apart unless you get no stones from a flush; and you need to cleanse the colon thoroughly after a flush so the healing crisis doesn't hit so hard. Detox baths help too. :)
