Hi there,
I am planning to do the Ultimate Fast followed by a liver flush. I read that you need to try and do minimum of three Liver Flushes to be successful. I also read to do the Liver Flushes spaced apart (like 1-2 weeks). Do I then just eat a largely fruit/veggie diet for the time inbetween flushes? Or do I need to continue the Fast all the way through?
