I get up in the morning and mix 2 egg yolks room temp, with 3 fresh squeezed limes and a 1/2 cup of oo this taste really good. I drink it down and lay on my right side for 20 mins. Then I wait awhile and drink 1 TBLS of epsom, and then the fun begins, all different stuff comes out all day long.I know the recipe I had first only had 2 TBLS of oil but the half cup works much better.
