I'm just wondering: if everyone has these liver stones , why do they not show up during autopsy? Maybe they do, but if that were the case, would the medical profession not admit their existance?

I'm also wondering if we vegans would not have them since we eat nothing with cholesterol. I realize that the body creates cholesterol whether or not one eats it, but it must cut down considerably.

Does anyone know or have any ideas?
