White Oak Bark is the best to shrink the tissues, use the tincture and paint the veins that are troubled.

The damage is extensive by the time you can see the ruptured valves. They say what you see on the outside, is the same on the inside. This is a true sign that the body is loosing circulation and in trouble. Time to correct the diet and do some repair work and not just treat the symptom.
