Way to go awakened, The important part of the "terminal Nutrition" is to stop everything you're stuffing into your mouth right now or else you're going to die. It gets serious.

I'll post Everyday Nutrition in a couple of days. That has all kinds of theories so what I'm tryng to do is give folks a raodmap and have them work out the details themselves. Everyone is different so it can get confusing. But there are some basics that benifit everyone. Doc Sutter
