That's what I like to read, detailed testimonies!!!

I tried oil pulling a few times with olive oil but it was quite repulsive and I didn't notice anything one way or the other so I stopped. Could you go more into detail about how you did oil pulling? How often? What kind of oils? Etc.

Since I am fighting periodontal disease, I would love to find something that would heal that! I already use baking soda, salt, oregano oil, etc. for brushing and I had H2O2 to my rinsing water.
