OK SO IM ALREADY Half way through my 2nd day. I have a huge headache, and already my tong is getting coated. But its only the second day. Im concerned. I have weighed myself and i weigh 180 now, i must have really shocked my body. I lost 9 lbs. in less then 2 days. But this headache is really bothering me. Does anyone have any suggestions, i dont want to put chemicals in my body. Normally i would take some tylenol. But not today. Help!
