Yesterday, my brother called. I answered the phone. It was the first time we spoke in at least a year. He's tried to reach out before. I was the difficult one with negativity in my heart. When I completed my Master-Cleanse fast (which was more of an emotional cleanse then physical), I had this feeling of wanting to resolve issues, rebuild relaitonships with my family and friends. I experienced sort of a rebirth. My anxiety is gone and my advernturous spirit is back.
