Good thoughts. This whole cleansing issue is still a bit of a mystery to me, Im uncertain what to think. More important, where this does fit in to the microbe perspective, how much are they involved in this "dirty"/congested body? Are they causing it, living of it, hiding behind it, or taking advantage from the weakend immune system that was weakened by this state?
I have read too many posts where cleansers have complained about going the cleansing route and still feel bad, then suddenly they mention this one thing that helped them, be it mineralization, focusing on allergies, alkalizing, eating saurkraut.

Something tells me that upsets in the digestive system and the bowels is a starting point for many chronic illnesses, maybe more so than we think?
