Hello Everyone,
I love this forum, but never posted. I've been trying to eat raw vegan for months now, and since I discovered MH a couple months ago, fruitarian. I've been using a tooth powder(that I made myself), on and off for just a few weeks. And for two days have been munching on comfrey, not even for my teeth,(more for my liver) because I bought bulk herbs and comfrey tastes so creamy and delicious. This morning, I felt a sharp feeling by my back upper teeth, I kept trying to remove it with my tongue, thinking it was a piece of comfrey(very sticky) but its a little spike of a tooth!!! I am amazed. So quickly this has happened, I didn't even think I was clean enough yet, I have acne=constipation ect. So if anyone needs a little inspiration, it really works! Your teeth really can heal! Or in my case, begin to grow.(i don't have these spikes on the opposite side yet)

p.s. Also, my teeth used to be transparent near the edges, if I put my tongue behind them, you would almost see pink, but that too is fading.
