There isn't a pattern to after flush symptom except to say that there are some for the majority of people; both physical and/or phychological. I think you have chosen a wise regime of flushing once a month; it's quite enough and leaves plenty of time for re-balancing and detoxification. Detox is a slow process once the biliary system starts to be decongested you are looking at a time scale of around 6 month to see what it truly happening. Some folks get a quick fix but my flush regime took 18 month.
