Welcome to a great source of information and inspiration here at the Iodine Supplementation Forum - VWT.

This is a private forum within Curezone, which means that the powers that be: Vulcanel, Wombat and Trapper, rule. They decide for their reasons how things are done. Mostly that means tons of tolerance and some cool silliness. But, they are human, do not get paid to do this forum-running thing and sometimes can get a little flip answering questions over and over - who would not?? Plus they have strong opinions like most thinking beings, and express them - even as they tolerate you expressing yours. This is not a forum to debate anything - this is all about support and encouragement. This is not a forum to sell anything unless pre-approved by one of the leaders.

So, start by reading the Forum Description - the link is at the top of the main page under the forum title. That will clue you in to the overall direction of this forum, and the beginning of the reasons why and how we all take iodine.

When you have explored the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQS) and checked out some of the R messages (these links are right next to the link to the forum description), let us know what else we may help clarify or reinforce or update and someone here will probably be glad to do it.

Remember the main topic here is Iodine and it's uses and benefits. The support supplements and protocol are part of that topic (Vitamin C, selenium, the salt push/load).

When you ask or share about anything other than Iodine or it's applications put O/T which means 'Off topic' - in the title of your post. This forum moves fast and some folks come here to just get the facts. This saves them sifting through other stuff they may not need right away. And makes searching the archives a lot easier.

-Video - in the title means someone embedded a video, you may choose to skip it, but even if you click on the message you will still need to click on the video to play it.

The archives are a real treasure house of experience. There is a search engine to help narrow your field of searching. I began at the first page and read every post that was interesting to me and often go back and just pick a page and read. Over time my interests have changed through my experience with iodine. I always learn something new.

If you want to search by individual poster, you can use the grey buttons below their latest post to see everything they have ever posted here, or just the posts they began, or just their R posts. You can also search like that for everything they have posted anywhere on Curezone. So. if someone asks a question, you can do a fast search and see what their history has been and perhaps be able to give a more effective and valuable answer.
