I've been taking Lugol's off and on for the  past two weeks.

All of a sudden, my mouth has this sore on the roof of my mouth and my gums feel bad, too.

I'm up to 15-20 drops a day (usually in orange juice or ozonated water)

I added two drops of Lugol's to my olive oil. I pulled for 20 mins and that helps.

Could I be detoxing? I've barely eaten because of the soreness in my mouth.
