I did not fail. I had many "successful flushes". I was amazed to see those green stones coming out and floating in the toilet bowl. And I saw green stones, with non-green oils ( Like almond/safflower etc). So bile is certainly involved when doing LF.

But it did not cure anything. Did not cure my allergies, bloating, IBS... nothing. Just made me weaker with every single flush. My goal was to do like 20 flushes and then decide if they really work or not. I was pretty serious abt LFing and would shoot anyone who said a word against it. Afterall I was taking so much pains and weeks of preparation to do it....But I am so done with this now....thank God for opening my eyes before it would be too late.

I would detox the liver using lecithin, rather that gulp cups of oil. Too much of oil can be very taxing on the liver.

I was encouraging my mom-dad to do it. Now I am asking them to back off. So glad I did not make them go through this nuttiness....
